Madrid, 17 January 2012. SIMA Winter will be opening its doors on 24 February in the VIP Box at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, an exclusive environment in which the best residential property at enviable prices and with good financing conditions will be on offer.
SIMA Winter is aimed primarily at companies whose properties include first homes located within the Madrid municipality, and second homes in coastal areas. The typical visitor is a resident of Madrid city, with purchasing power and a real interest in buying property either as primary residence, a holiday home or an investment.
For Eloy Bohúa, Managing Director at Planner Reed, the company organising the fair: “SIMA Winter is an excellent chance for real buyers and the best property that the current market has to offer to come together. SIMA Winter is the first real estate trade fair to be organised by Planner Reed in 2012. The year will also see the holding of the Madrid International Real Estate Trade Fair (SIMA 2012) and SIMA Autumn, from 19 to 22 April and from 16 to 18 November respectively, both of them in the Madrid Fair.
